We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan, including all major cities and towns.

2. Shipping Time

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time:

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (depending on your location).

Remote Areas: May take up to 7 business days.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 5,000.

For orders below Rs. 5,000, a flat shipping rate of Rs. 200 will apply.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery service for your convenience. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel at the provided address.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your parcel's status.

6. Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll assist you promptly.
